Refund policy

At Trinadi Healthcare, your health and satisfaction are our top priorities. If a supplement, tonic, resin, or wellness kit arrives in less-than-perfect condition, you may be eligible for a return or exchange—provided the item is unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and meets the return criteria listed below.

Return eligibility

Products can only be returned or exchanged if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The product arrived damaged or leaking 
  • You received an expired product
  • Your package was incomplete or had missing items

Returns are not accepted for used, opened, tampered, or seal-broken products. Products that don’t meet the above conditions will not qualify for return or exchange.

Return window

You have 48 hours from the time our tracking system shows your order as delivered to report any issue. Requests submitted after this timeframe will not be processed. Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging are required to initiate a return or exchange.

Fair-use policy

To keep our return service fair for all customers, accounts with unusually high return volumes may receive a courtesy notification. In such cases, return eligibility may be temporarily paused until your account activity falls within normal limits. If you feel this action was taken in error, please reach out to our team for assistance.

Pickup and charges

We offer free reverse pickup across all serviceable Indian pincodes. If your area is not covered, we may ask you to self-ship the product and share the courier receipt for reimbursement. Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.

Refunds

After we receive your return and it passes quality inspection:

  • Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method.
  • Cash-on-Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer.

Refunds may take up to 7–10 working days to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

If you'd prefer a replacement for a damaged, incorrect, or expired product, you may opt for an exchange instead of a refund. We’ll ship the replacement after the returned item clears inspection. If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

Disputes and missing parcels

Issues like incorrect returns, incomplete deliveries, or lost shipments are usually resolved within 5 working days of being reported. If needed, unresolved matters will be escalated to our internal grievance team.
