How long does it take to deliver my order?
We usually deliver orders within 3–7 working days across most Indian pincodes. Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location and courier availability.
How can I track my order?
After dispatching your order, we will share the tracking ID of your product via WhatsApp/SMS/email. You can use it to check the current status of your shipment.
Do you deliver all over India?
Yes, we deliver to almost all serviceable pincodes in India. If you're unsure, feel free to WhatsApp us your pincode and we'll confirm instantly.
Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we can update the address. Please contact us on WhatsApp or email within 2 hours of placing your order.
My package hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?
If it’s been over 7 days, please reach out to us with your order ID. We'll immediately check with our courier partner and resolve the delay.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Is Cash on Delivery available on all products?
Yes, COD is available on all eligible orders, except bulk or special offers. However, COD may not be available in certain remote locations.
My payment failed, but the amount was deducted. What should I do?
Don’t worry. In most cases, the amount is automatically refunded within 2–4 working days. If it doesn’t reflect, contact us with your transaction ID.
How can I apply a discount or coupon code?
You can apply your coupon code at checkout. Make sure it’s valid and not expired. If you're facing issues, reach out to our support team.
Can I use more than one coupon code on a single order?
No, only one coupon or discount code can be applied per order. If you have multiple offers, choose the one that gives you the best value.
Returns & Exchanges FAQs
What is your return policy?
We accept returns only if the product is wrong, damaged, expired, or incomplete. Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or leaking product?
If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging, and we’ll arrange a return or replacement at no extra cost.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Just WhatsApp us or email us with your order ID and product images/video. Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Once we receive the returned product and it passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it?
Yes, if your item is eligible for return (wrong/damaged/expired), you can request an exchange for the same item. We’ll ship the replacement after inspection.
