Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Trinadi Healthcare, we aim to make your experience from placing an order to receiving your products as smooth and reliable as possible. We understand that timely delivery matters, especially when it comes to wellness products. This page explains how we manage our shipping and delivery process across India.
Where We Deliver
Currently, we deliver to most pin codes across India through our trusted delivery partners. If your area is serviceable, you will see shipping options at checkout. If your pin code is not currently covered, we request you to check back later or contact us for alternative arrangements.
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. We do not process orders on Sundays or public holidays. If there’s any delay due to stock availability, public holidays, or unforeseen issues, we will keep you informed by email or phone.
Shipping Time
Delivery time depends on your location. For major cities and metro areas, you can expect delivery within 3–5 working days after dispatch. For other locations, especially rural or remote areas, delivery may take 5–8 working days. These are estimated timelines and may vary slightly depending on courier service conditions or disruptions such as weather, strikes, or festive seasons.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on most prepaid orders above a certain value, which will be clearly mentioned at checkout. For orders below that value or for cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, nominal shipping or COD charges may apply. These charges will be shown during the checkout process before you place the order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with the tracking details. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery on the courier partner’s website. If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us.
Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your package up to 2–3 times. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, phone number, or if no one is available to receive the order, the shipment may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to confirm further steps. If the return is due to incorrect details provided by the customer, reshipping charges may apply.
Receiving Your Order
We recommend inspecting the package when you receive it. If you notice any tampering, visible damage, or if the parcel appears to be open, please do not accept the delivery. Instead, inform the delivery agent and reach out to us immediately. Once you accept the order, we consider the package to have been delivered in satisfactory condition.
Delays and Exceptions
While we try our best to stick to the committed timelines, there may be delays caused by third-party courier partners, public holidays, or unforeseen events. In such situations, we request your patience and assure you that we will work on resolving any issue promptly. If your package is delayed beyond 10 days after dispatch, please get in touch with us so we can follow up with the logistics partner.
